Feedback on second cycle

Hello guys, Im a LONG time reader and finally decided to join (last week, just now got my account activated)

I did a Sustanon 375 cycle (3 shots a week) for my first cycle.. ouch.

Anywho, Im looking to start a second cycle in 5 months, some feedback would be greatly appreciated!!

Test E
Deca 200
Nolvadex

Week 1-12:
250mg test e - twice a week (Monday & Thursday to) to equal 500mg a week.
200mg Deca - once a week

PCT:
40/40/20/20 Nolvadex but it will be at hand if needed during the cycle.

good, basic cycle bro. my only opinion would be to up the deca to 400mg instead of 200mg...you'll get way better results and more mass. also make sure to stop taking the deca at week 10. ALSO put CLOMID in your PCT along with the nolva: 100/50/50/50....besides that good luck

200mg Deca - once a weeki would shoot 400mg with your test(same injection)

PCT:
40/40/20/20 Nolvadex but it will be at hand if needed during the cycle.
Testosterone gets converted to estrogen via the aromatase enzyme, but deca doesn't aromatize to estrogen at all, instead it stimulates progestrone, which can cause the same sides as estrogen, but here's the kicker
Since test stimulates sides via estrogen and deca stimulates sides via progestrone if you get sides which do you treat the gyno, acne, whatever... things like nolva actually can make sides caused by deca worse by making the progesterone receptors more sensitive

so no nolva during cycle

pct is weak and needs revising

2wks 100mg clomid 20mg nolvadex everyday for
4wks 50clomid 20mg nolvadex

LiquiDex should run the whole cycle to cut down on bloating

and it would be good to get hcg to run the last 2 weeks of your cycle and first 2weeks of your pct

^^^ agreed (phate)- if estrogen related sides on cycle id use armidex .25-.5 ed ...with first use of deca to be honest you may have a hard time differentiating estro vs prog sides ...i never use nolva on cycle w/ 19 nor (deca , tren)
id up deca to 400mgs/week
id extend test to 14 weeks
stop deca at 12 weeks
pct should at least include clomid+ nolva or nolva + aromisin or nolva+ proviron+ clomid

is this a slow digesting protein? i hope so, and you should have some good fats in your last meal

OK IMO unless you are running NPP or are on a tight budget that makes it impossible deca will yield best results run to 12 weeks...takes quite a long time to build up in system ..longer that any test ...long ester ...very long ..slow in = slow out. I have gotten best results in my experience with 12 weeks. Thats why i suggested 12 over 10. Test should be run 2 weeks past this.
