    extreem pain

i have been injting test susp in my bicep, but it hurst like mad while im doing the injection and for about 10 mins after... so bad that i cant move my arm, feels like it will damage my arm if i open or close it.

is this bad? im only injecting .5ml, i have read about people doing 2 to 3 ml.
even when i do .5 ml i cant finish it beause it hurst way to bad and i have to pull it out.

i did that before and was honestly crippled for days. suspension and winny only go into larger muscle groups for me now.

cange biscep head and make sure you are injecting into the muscle and not the conecting tissue remember the bicep has a split down the center.

Bi's hurt me too. Maybe more nerves? No problem with both heads of tris, mid delts, rear delts, pecs, glutes and thighs. There are lot of areas to shoot. Switch it up if yoru bis hurt.

i like doing bi's because it is so easy to make sure the injection is going straight into the muscle...
