Benadryl every night? with ECAY

Is there any down side to taking benadryl 50mg every night while on ECAY?
Or is there any downside to taking benadryl every night?
Searched the threads already, no real answer.

ive been taking 100mg benadryl to sleep for the past 10 years.. It has no negative sides, physically my doc was able to find, and it does not loose effectivness either.

I understand that, but Im not sure if it taken it too long with jack up my receptors or keep ECA working at 100% or not or has my body adapted to it.
I mainly use it for sleep because my 2nd dose of ECA is at about 6PM due to my preworkout and it does cause insomnia

technically diphenhydramine is a CN depressent, so I guess technically it would reverse the effects of an ECA stack

How long have you been on ECAY?

Benedryl will help up regulate beta 2 receptors (terminology?). I know an oldtimer (60)who has taken ephedrine everyday for many years. Im not saying it's right, but he's still kicking. Although, he recently had a chest X-ray because of an injury and found he had an enlarged heart..............

4 weeks isnt too bad. On contest prep guys will stay on for 12-14 weeks. You may find if you take a week off and start back up it will be more effective.

Take a week off but still take the benedryl. When you start up again see how you feel. If you're feeling more sides, most likely its more effective. I think you will benefit from a week off every few weeks.

In another clen thread you told of how u take benadryl nightly for sleep and i had never done that to keep clen effective..just every few weeks for a week or so ..the last few days ive takin it nightly (im also doing clen of course)...cant yet speak to how effective its keeping clen yet...but i am sleeping MUCH better ..like a baby!
