    Dextrose

    Alright, trying to measure the damn thing.

    1.25 tsp - 4g - 4g carbs

    1/4 cup of dex would be... about 50g of dextrose then?

    I need to make sure.

    Ok...

    1/4 cup - 7tsp

    So if 1.25 tsp - 4g of dex, then 7 by 1.25 is 5.6 x 4g = 22.4g

    So 1/4 cup of dex = 22.4 g

    1/2 cup of dex = 45g of carbs

    Does that make sense?

    ^^ dunno if its real or not - no it isnt me. im seriously thinking about something like it - but too vain to cover up that much of chest. Found it on the net ...thought it was amazing
