Its about time I introduced myself. I have been lurking for some time now. Reading all the stickies and trying to get a good feel for the ins and outs of proper gear use.
36yr old male, I have been lifting for 10 years about. Had no concern about my diet, only the cared about moving a lot of weight. I finally woke up one day and realized I had to take control of my weight. So I made a 100% turn around on my everyday diet and started adding a lot of cardio. Dropped over 60 pounds so far while maintaining my strength.
I still plan on dropping more weight but now it has become a real problem trying to even maintain my current strength. So I have been mainly reading up on clen and gear thats more focused on "cutting" type cycles.
I have done a test cycle years and years ago without any knowledge about PCT or anything. I did see good gains and I guess I was real lucky I kept most of the gains after the cycle and VERY lucky to not have bad sides from no PCT. Despite how dumb that was, I at least know how I react to Test.
