Well i wanted to say hi to everyone. im a 21 y/o male just graduated college and i have been working out with weights now for 2 weeks. I was suppose to start this almost a year ago but never did . Never had the time! As of right now i have never taken protein or anything like that on a daily basis. i just purchased my first serious bottle. My father is a freak of nature...very muscular and strong and i followed in his footsteps but i want to see where i can really go. Im so pumped up for it! wish me luck in my first month of weight lifting!! Any pointers?! thanks so much!
