Hi all I have begun my tren ace and Cyp cycle, I am looking fo rsome solid gains on this cycle adn hopefully some leaness. I am following this formula tren ace 100mgs EOD and Test Cyp 250Mgs every 4 days, I will also be taking No Xplode for the duration of the cycle because its one of the few No products I have gotten results with. I am about 6 days in allready and some effects can be felt.
Wednesday 11/26 shot left glute 250mgs test cyp 100mgs tren ace @ 4:00 am consumed 2 servings of NO went to workout from 5:00 to 6:30 am 1 hour weight training and 30 min of cardio.
Friday 11/28 shot left thigh 100 mgs tren @ 12:00 pm went to workout earlier also 2 servings of NO did arms that day and 30 minutes of cardio.
Sunday 11/30 Shot left glute 250 mgs of Cyp 100 of Tren had one serving of NO no workout that day did some pushups and rested.
Thats all so far I have seen some results as far as the vascularity goes and have had some strength gains, no real weight gains but I should start seeing better results as the week progresses . I am trying to keep my diet as clean as possible with a high protein intake, I have 3 muscle milks daily and tomorrow I am starting a stricly chicken veggie and fish diet. I will try to update daily and I do have some before pics I will probably post tomorrow.
