guys i wanted to know peoples thoughts on doing squatts on a monday and deadlifts on a tuesday?????
would you advise moving it to weds as that is the latest i can do them in the week as need to be fresh for rugby on a sat or is it ok to do them on consecutive days withought 48 hours for my cns to recouperate?
also doing squatts today and i was going fully deep on 140kg's but my mate was doing partial reps on 160kg's prob a 1/3 of the way down - now is it benefical to go as heavy as poss on a couple of sets and then drop the weight and do full sets or should i just stick with 4 full sets of 6?
