Day 1
Superset Chest + Back (3 exercises each for Chest and back)
chest/back/traps
Day 2
Superset Arms (Biceps + triceps 3 exercises each )
abs/obliques/calves/forearms superset all
Day 3 OFF
Day 4
Deltoids without supersets
bi/tri/delts superset all of them and isolate the heads of your delts with front raises, side raises, strict military press etc...
Day 5
Chest + Back
Day 6
Arms (Biceps+triceps)
Days 7 comes to be Sunday and the gym is close on that day here at my place.
So i have Two days Off in week 'Wed' and 'Sunday'.
I used to load carbs in these days.
I have a question that will this be fine coz earlier i used to train all the body parts only one a week except arms. I used to do first Biceps exercise an then followed by triceps exercise.
I had disc injury so i do not do any of the legs exercises except some of ABS exercises which do not strain my lower back and same with my Back exercises.
