what kind of test? long ester, twice a week is better. short ester should be more often

twice a week would be better.. but you can get away with once a week if thats what it came to.

well yeah i know its fine if you do, but ed can't really hurt with any ester right? even the long ones it would just make the levels more stable, even if it is like .001mg less fluctuation lol
