Deca/ Test Cycle needs tweaking

im 24 6'2" 215 lbs 15% body fat.

WK 1-10 400mg deca
WK 1-12 400mg test e

Pct one week after last test e injection:

PCT 3 WEEKS:
CLOMID 100MG WK1, 50MG WK2, 50MG WK3
NOLVA 40MG WK1, 30MG WK2, 20MG WK3


I was also thinking of running arimidex .25mg EOD throughout the cycle. Is this cycle going to be bad on my hair and also what types of gain so I be expecting. My goal is to gain lean mucsle mass and lose fat any suggestions out there.

you can bulk or cut on pretty much any compound although npp would probably be better suited cause of the water retention that comes with deca but after you end the cycle the bloat will subside. short esters just make it easier cause you never have to worry about bloat (unless your diet sucks) and you will be more defined on cycle. It all comes down to diet whether you bulk or cut and arimidex will help with bloat also. I would extend pct to at least four wks and add some aromasin at 25mg ed.

No need to use them concurrently. I would go with low dose adex and 200mg b6 ed during the cycle. Just have letro on hand in case it spins out of control.

Did you mean run the Nolvadex ed for the 4 weeks of PCT?

what other supplements should I be taking while on this cycle protein creatine milk thistle? Is there anything that I can use to prevent hairloss.

Get some finasteride for sure if your concerned about hairloss, run it at 1mg ed, it blocks the conversion of test to dht (the hair devil). Some say you shouldn´t run it with deca, but that is just a myth. Would also get some Nizoral Shampoo and use that three times a week.

rockstar i can give you some good advice about your cycle, because i spent weeks bugging members on this site, and reading shit loads.

firstly the length seems ok, your running the test longer then the deca, secondly change your pct as recommended by others 4 weeks and change the doses, you could also use proviron with nolva, or even aromasin. i prefer proviron and nolva, finally run a ai while on cycle like a dex at 0.25 every day if you feel you need to.

inject two times a week, 2 ml at a time, ie. 1 ml deca at 200mgs, 1ml test at 200-250 mgs, depends on the gear you have.

you could also add winny to help cut towards to end of your cycle, i've just started my cycle, keep us informed on how you get along. good luck

Proviron is a bad choice for PCT imo...

It is suppressive. During cycle, i see no issues. But not a good choice for PCT.

Will I need letro on hand if im already using arimidex throughtout the cycle?
Vitamin B6 can I get that at a nutrition store in tablets or should I be injecting that. I have never used B6 before so im not sure. Fina should prevent hairloss correct? Keep in mind that this will be my cycle. I would like to thank everyone who replied to me and giving me awesome advice.

looks good to me bro. its exactly the same cycle that iv just started except i havent got my arimadex yet. will be starting that at the end of the 1st week when it arrives. il also get 1 box of letro in case things turn nasty on the gyno front!! if i were you then id do the same just to be safe.
