    40 mg too much?

    i wanted to do a month of dbol in between cycles, just too get a little extra size in the down time. would 40 mg/day be to much?

    40mgs isnt too much but not too smart either bro...OFF means OFF...let your body recover and prep for next cycle...DBOL will be water gains that will spill upon completion of using it...look at the big pic here bro.

    i got you, i just need to be patient anything you would recomend for down time tho, prohormones, etc.?

    i know this is off topic but im 225 pounds at 6'3 about how much calorie wise should i eat in between, because i kno u are suppose to eat considerably more

    prohormones are just as bad as dbol (albeit some might give you better gains)

    I eat the same way i do on cycle as i do off cycle...

    4500cals, 300G's+ protein, 300-400Carbs, -100G's of fat...

    Go to diet forum and post what you eat now and we can tweak it for you.

    any advice for someone with a small apitite to choke down that much, i have heard of blending food but dont kno if i could stomach it

    eating is part of your training bro...you eat according to what your goals are....train your body to eat every 2 hours.....YES post diet in diet ection..
