Hey guys, the lab i am ordering from does not offer clen. so i was looking at ar-r's and was wondering if anybody has tried it? i noticed it was in a spray bottle? how do you measure the ml's? and does anybody recommend it

It comes with a syringe to measure it. I hvent heard any complaints about that product.

no do not inject it. It is oral.

20 mcg per squirt, awesome stuff! best order some taurine to prevent muscle cramps. drink plenty of water.

do you spray it in your mouth? or mix it with water or gatorade or something

I wouldn't use the spray,dosing is critical. Get an oral syringe available at any pharmacy (walgreens, rite-aid). I usually mix with a little water in a cup.
