Yes you can mix them in the same shot in fact you can pretty much put any 2 injectable steroids into the same syringe.

you don't really need to front load the sust but otherwise just do it the way you would with anything else.

Run them both at the same time I would say..
and Sust doesn't take two weeks to kick in because of the phenylpropianate and the propianate..?

Sustanon is a blend of different estered testosterones (4 of them): testosterone propionate - 30 mg, testosterone phenylpropionate - 60 mg, testosterone isocaproate - 60mg, and testosterone decanoate -100 mg.

^^^ yea im well aware of that... whats the difference though?? whether i start in the begining or wait 2 weeks i think the gains will still be equal (this is by a best guestamate)

id do it weeks 3-8 before id do it weeks 1-6 if total time on tren is a consideration. Hell i like to finish my cycles with tren ...esp when using tren a with a long ester test or sus ..id run it the last 6 weeks personally(5-10). JMO ...
