normal shbg {20-60}. the lower the # the better.
Sex hormone binding globulin gabs hold of your testosterone making unavailable for the body to use.The higher your shbg level the less free bioavailable test flowing in your blood.
There are a verity of herbs that are supposed to help lower shbg.Iv tried quit a few but find them just a waste of monie.
Some steroids do lower shbg like masteron,provon,winstrol,t-bol
