The liver story continued

So...my gama values were elevated because my liver is about 4% enlarged....

i need to sdress this....

- i stoped clomid, proviron, and all kinds of pills

- i'll only take ambien for my sleep problems

- i'll look into my diet

THIS IS THE QUESTION....

- what do you think about supps - which are bad for your liver? Shakes, aminopills , creatine....?
