Red face bulking routine...need advice. Check this out

I'm looking to put together a new workout plan and am having a hard time deciding what to do. Have spent hours reading through all this and it just gets overwhelming at times. Was hoping you guys could make my life a hell of a lot easier and point me to one of the routines you think would fit me the best.

Here are my stats, goals, and cycle info I'm about to start.

6 foot, about 190, 6% body fat, 29years old. Have been working out consistently and very hard for the last 4-5 years so have a good amount of experience with different workout plans, but this will be my first cycle. Basics of the 12 week bulking cycle will be with Test E. and a kickstart of Dbol for 4-5 weeks.

Can workout 6 times a week

Goal is to gain size in all areas, with a little extra attention to chest and possibly biceps.

What do you guys think? I'm a perfectionist so if you know of a very detailed plan(breakdown of exercises, sets, and reps) that will fit me then I'm all ears. I'm about to pull my damn hair out and as soon as I get this organized I can get the gym running with everything in place!

I'll try and get some pics. I'm pretty reluctant in doing so as I know a loooot of people and am pretty private when it comes to this sort of thing. Would rather email privately then publicaly post.

I have done tons of routines over the years, some much better then others. have seen teh best results with basic heavy lifts such as squats, hang-clean and press, deadlifts...you get the idea. But I'm at the point where I not only want to put on size, but want to try and shape and build specific muscles instead of ending up with a bigger version of myself then before.

    Someone must have some suggestions?

Honestly, you should give the 4 day per week Slingshot Training System a shot. Start by training each muscle only once a week as a baseline. It's my go to routine for the masses and it delivers results.

    good luck

I was leaning toward that Ronnie...unless someone else can chime in with something good.

give it a shot. ive been tempted myself at times to try the slingshot system. its always good to have variety in what you do at the gym. helps you grow faster.

    ^^^ I agree.

I change to STS on and off. Once I would go totally by the book and rest of my workouts even that are not 100% as STS is describes, they still have the main principles.

Prime, Blast, Cruise, de-load, reload etc. These are some of the things I had no idea about... and man, how much they helped me take off with my gains, not even funny. I can imagine with better tweaked diet and test cycle!

It made a huge difference for me.

Hey, I am 251 Lbs with 16% natural. That's not too bad!

Give it a try, it is a great plan. Do it as it says, then just take out what is the best for you after a while. Who knows, it might be the plan just for you in 100% without changing anything.

You are going to have some reading to do

    Take care!
