OK, im currently coming up on week 3 in my FIRST test-e cycle... i have cut out cardio completely, im up some weight, my question inlies here... im gaining a bit more fat than id like... im the kinda guy that gains fat around my stomach and luv handles before any place else so id like to keep it away ... know what i mean lol... NOW i hear that this HIIT cardio is best for burning away fat, ive never been a fan of the same old cardio routine, my metabolism is naturaly pretty high, not much bf at all actually, but now that ive cut out cardio and am focusing on weight training... i am DEFF seeing more muscle, but with that comes the fat... IF i did the HIIT workouts 3 times a week in the morning before i ate anything at all, for instance, running at a sprint for 15 seconds, then walking... 15 seconds, walking for 15 seconds, and so on, do this 5 times for a set of 1... and i do 5 sets... it comes out to about 8 minutes??? give or take, will this be efficient in burnjing away some of this un wanted fat around my stomach.. or is there a better way.. pls give me some ideas!!! heres my stats
6`4 226 lbs, 15% bf as of last night... my body water was like 68% or something around there... anyways, im running 600mg\week test-e at 2 pins a week.... thats it, its my first ever cycle... so gimmie some ideas guys!!!! im open to all info..
PS. i cut out cardio about a month or so before starting the cycle and began a bulking diet... FAIRLY clean... not 100 percent completely clean, but its pretty good (according to u guys on the forums!)
