I was wanting to use a cycle to help harden my body. I was a fat kid growing up and ended up in the military. I still have some bodyfat that I'm wanting to get rid of, mainly around the gut. The bad thing is, I know I have to do a drug test (pretty sure a piss test) over the summer.
I'm 6'1, 205 lbs est 15% bf
My goal is to drop down to 185 by the summer.
Diet:
Breakfast:
3-4 hard boiled eggs, no yellows
Bowl of Mini Wheats cereal with skim milk
Lunch:
usually chicken and rice
Dinner:
Tuna Salad, 2 pieces wheat bread
Pre workout:
Black Powder
Postworkout:
ON Protein, 5gs Creatine
I'm shifting my workout to a more cardio based workout. I'm going to spend a couple weeks in the mountains doing body weight exercises and running the hills.
