I'm 6 foot 10 inches tall, 280 pounds, I've been lifting for 5 years, my diet isn't very well set, very high protien, some what high callories (5,000 a day). Also, whats the best way to keep what you gain, I was watching some videos, a lot of them were saying that you can't keep your gains when you come off the cycle. I don't believe this to be true, but how do you keep them?
