Im really kind of confused about supersets and i need some one with good experince to cleafy things about superseting for me
before saying my questiones i would like you guys to know what is my goal atm,Im trying to lose bodyfat +building leanmass muscles and geting some good strength.
and im on good diet+clen/animal cut/ephadra cycle
Btw my supersets are uselly heavy ones 10-8-8-6 supersets
1-Is it possible to use heavy supersets on my trining program to put(lean mass muscles and strength gains) ?
2-People that in my gym climes that supersets should be done only with relatively higher amount of reps/sets and are only good for cuting bodyfat+cuting the muscles up and mentaining the muscles you already got and its not good for buildng massive muscles. (Is that true?)
