everyone on fina where do you stick it?

just curious where the ed guys stick it. i just up it to ed so i'm thinkin of going delt , quads , glutes. do you guys think that is enough rotation for ed?

quads, delts, calves... i like to save my glutes for the bigger 3cc hits. if its just fina ur sticking urself with u should have no problems atelast i never do (no pain no swelling no bruising)

I like doing fina/winny in my bi's, tri's, delts, and calves.

Traps, chest, quads, glutes.....i tried claves and bis and tris, but I had too much soreness for the next day or two.
