maybe a stupid question i dono if bieceps n chest are related when working out, but say i do a bench press i can feel my biceps from the day before?

That sounded like I was being a d*ck. Not what I was going for, just wondering why.
Probably no difference at all I was just making the comment that I do it in reverse, you can do any body part any day of the week. I do chest on Monday, back Tuesday, shoulders Thursday and legs Friday.
