self inject in delt?

i don't even cycle and i've done it, it's probably the second most common after glutes, easiest way for me is to let my arm hang down limp and use a mirror, kind of awkward but easy once you get used to it

I like Delts the best. Least amount of pain for me.

I rest my injection arm on a desk, then lean over and slowly inject.

Job done.

I also love shooting delts, always have since i started. Least amount of pain and i can see what the hell im doing. only problem i had in the past is aspirating but found i just had to kinda push down on the syring while in my delt and pull back the plunger...if that makes any sense

i have...it is kinda weird, expecially with small sized needles. i just mesure three finger lengths down from shoulder bone in the middle of the delt and inject.. it takes some time but its doable.

yea thats a good idea actually i thought the muscle would tense but it still relaxes....cheers 4 tha ill try that 2mo!

I like delts the best. They hurt the least and I can see what I'm doing. Damn, lego beat me to it. Anyways, I stick it with my thumb and middle finger around the syringe, then use my first and middle finger to aspirate while holding the syringe with my thumb and ring finger.

I look in the mirror when injecting my delts, and glutes. Rear delts are another story. My wife shoots those for me.

i just did it nw i did my left delt...weired i drew it all out etc then swapped needles to a 25g x 5/8" or 0.5 x 16mm rested my arm on the desk,pushed it in,drew out to check for blood..no blood then tried to push the juice in and i couldnt do it..too much pressure was required so i took it out and swapped it for a 21g x 1 1/2" yea i know ****in massive lol and only put half way in and had to use that..i think ill use the blue ones (think there 23g x 1") next time..none on me at the mo tho....but wasnt too bad went in nice and easy both times no pain at all..
