    Question Should PCT be split up throughout the day?

    I am taking nolva at 20mg everyday. There is 20mg in a single pill. Can i take it in the morning or should i cut it in half and have 10mg in the morning and 10mg at night?

    I take it all in the morning with the rest of my vitamins, Never heard of anyone splitting it up.

    I used to take my Clomid before bed, as it makes me feel like shit in the day.

    Nolva in the AM with Vits/Minerals etc...
