(Do I need the Prop in here to help from shutting down and how would I need to alter my PCT if I was to use Test Enth 100mg Twice a week instead of the Prop at 50mg EOD)

Clomid @ 50mg ED Week 7.5-10
Nolva @ 20mg ED Week 7.5-10

(I will be in Acapulco Week 11 so do you think this PCT will ensure my libido is right where it should be)

On Cycle Supplements:
Fish Oil
Vitamin C
Milk Thistle
Daily Vitamin

(any other suggestions)

Will be cutting as I am 21, 6'2" 210lbs @ 13% bf. My diet will be about 350/100-150/60 (Pro/Carb/Fat)and my carbs will be from oats in the morning and a pre-workout banana or yogurt. All my fat will be from EFA (almonds, coconut oil, minor amount in chicken, tilapia, turkey, and tuna.)

Plan on Running 3-4 miles twice a week and jumping rope for 30 minutes 2 times a week.

Split looks like this:

Monday- Chest/Tri--run
Tuesday- Back/Bi--core
Wednesday- Off--jump
Thursday- Legs--core
Friday- Shoulders--run
Saturday-jump
Sunday-Off (maybe a core workout)

Would you recommend changing that?
