Hey guys im not huge cos im fairly new to weight lifting. My Stats are as follows.
20 yrs
6ft
190lbs
13% BF
Ive just started adding deadlifts and squats these last 4 weeks but im unsure how much i should be lifting approx. ( the first week i was actually doin 40lb deads :P but i found out i was doin them wrong. )
At my size what would be a rough estimate of what i should be dead lifting and squatting?
For comparison my 1rm bench press is around 210 lbs but ive been doin bench for over a yr. and my seated leg press is around 400lbs hope that helps.
Just a rough estimate would be good. For the last 6 weeks ive been doin about 110lbs on each but i think i should be doin more and maybe im not doin em right?
