Hi everyone! I am new here. I am currently five weeks into a ten week cycle of Sustanon 500mg/wk and Deca 300mg/wk. I have increased my caloric intake with emphasis on protein and moderate amount of fats. I have gotten a lot stronger and have gained a fair amout of size but my gut is getting HUGE. I train five days a week for 40 to 50 minutes a day (no cardio). Can I train more while on this cycle? How much recovery time is needed while I am on this cycle? I feel like I should be working out more but a lot of literature I have read says recovery time is essential. I try to give muscle groups at least 72 hrs before ripping them again. I can live with the gut during the winter. I just need to know if I can overtrain while on this cycle.
