well, 1 egg = 1 egg white, 1 egg yolk, and 1 egg shell.
you purchase egg whites in cartons in the chilled section of grocery stores.
um 8 eggs with the yolks removed.....so 8 hard boiled eggs ...with the yolks removed
the egg has two parts the white and the yellow. Just by the pasturized egg whites at your grocery store and use those. Although there is nothing wrong with eating the whole egg. I prefer raw so I use the EggBeaters since they are salmonela free.
well thas basic common sennse im just retardeed just wanted to make sure haha
^^ thats what i meant -i was wondering if they sold something {egg beaters}
The yolk is rather high in fat and cholesterol and the white is high in protein so it would make sence to remove the yolk and eat just the white. However the combination of yolk and white together give the 'whole egg' 100% bioavailability. I usually eat 1 yolk per 2 whites.
LOL Sounds like a Black-eyed peas song or somethin,
Whatcha gonna do with all that egg,
All that egg inside that shell
At least you cant tell him to use the search function for this question. Gotta be the first time this has needed an explanation.
LOL True, One of the few.
whoa
Don't forget to remove the shells as well....(don't think anybody's mentioned that)
Just kidding....shells are a great source of calcium.
The shell is WHITE also but its not part of the egg white so dont eat that ok! LMAO!!
