Thread: Missing a workout?

    Missing a workout?

Damn gyms around here close at 5 o'clock during the weekend. Today was shoulder/tricep day, but it was missed. Should I push my whole schedule down one day or just skip shoulder/triceps all together. I would really like to do my shoulder/triceps since they are a bit underdeveloped compared to the rest of me. Thanks alot.

Get lots of rest today then hit your shoulders and triceps extra hard tomorrow...remember it isn't how many days in a row you go to the gym it's the intensity in which you lift at the gym.

This is exactly why the Delts-on-Monday-and-Biceps-on-Friday-Split plan does not work. Configure your workout into training days - and not days of the week. If it gets confusing you can, at the minimum, mark bodyparts on a calendar. Better yet, you can go pick up a Ledger (Office Max) to write down your workouts - so you know what was hit when and how hard - so you keep seeing results.
