I've been dieting and maybe looking at the scale was to much...Its been moving down and man have I been happy with the way I'm lookin'. Well yesterday was tuff with christmas but I stuck with it....kind of...My day started out and looked like this:
Cardio 35min 200cal
1.One carton of egg whites 48g of protein stuff w/ 1 scoop of whey and a cup of oats
2. Turkey, small slice of ham, 2 deviled eggs
3. Turkey
4. Deer jerkey for the rest of the night and yeah I drink 2 Miller Lites.
5. I was tired and made a 40g whey shake w/ Natural PB and went to bed
I tried....scale this morning put me 4 lbs. heavier. What do you think did it. sodium intake of the jerkey?? 2 lite beers??
