There are analytical and materials testing Laboratories that do that sort of testing.
Whether or not they do this confidentially for non-governmental or non-institutional
entities is not known to me.
You could inquire anonymously.

You could do a web search for Analytical Lab Testing with your location in the search.
Most of the labs that come up are in the states though.
