sorry bout that! I have just started to listen about my diet. I'm trying to get rid of my stomach. While Not loosing the muscle I've gained.
Is there anyway to get energy without sacrificing my diet?
you could try caffeine, or some people use t3/t4 although i wouldn't. it might take you a few days to get used to the diet though.
btw, this will probably get moved
So just give my body time to adjust, and tuff it out?

i'd try that first, then caffeine supps. not like soda, although diet wouldn't be awful
