5 foot 11, 18 percent bodyfat, 245lb
Im realy into bodybuilding and train f**** hard ect but feel my diet is weak and holding back my gains!
Can some of you pro dieters help write me a diet????
I am looking to put on as much size as poss with min fat gains.
