I seen alot of conflicting info about this, when to start, and when to stop. Is this better to start about a week into a cycle. Or wait till sighns to gyno. Or use along with nolvadex for pct only ?

you see alot of conflicting info on the topic because it varies by the individual. some people that know they are prone to estrogenic side effects will choose to run a low dose throughout the cycle to keep estrogen at bay. others feel that it only hinders gains and will just keep it on hand untill they feel a need for it.

if you were to run an AI alongside nolvadex for post cycle i would recommend aromasin over arimidex.

Arimidex at 0.5mg/ED or EOD.

Arimidex or Aromasin sensibly dosed, wont.

Letro may as it crushes estrogen and can effect lipids too.
