Has anyone heard of leaving a small air bubble at the tip of the syringe to "pack" the inject into the muscle, I guess for better dispersion??? Just read about it and was curious because Ive never heard of such a thing.

Yes I do it, clear's the needle & barrel, alittle bit of air isn't going to do any harm at all so long as its a tiny bubble.
Just make sure you aspirate!
Ive done this when using small amounts in a slin needle. The air bubble helps push in the last little bit of product. I don't think much air is going into your body if any.
thanks guys
I always do that with GH just to make sure I'm not leaving any in the pin.
I've ready about this as well. How many tenths of a ml should one leave at the end of the syringe? 1/10th? 2/10th's?
