    Deca / Dbol / Test E cycle

    My second cycle and this is what I have in mind, what do you guys think?

    I would run the deca 12 weeks, test is good for 14. Are you gyno-prone? And I would not suggest running the nolva throughout. Save it for pct

    Also, and those with other opinions correct me if I'm wrong, run your hcg the last 2 weeks of cycle and first 2 weeks of pct.

    And before all of that, what was your last cycle and give us some stats.

    Week 1-12 Proviron 1 tablet (25mg) ed.
    Week 4-7 HCG 150 eod
    Week 10-12.5 HCG 150 eod
    Week 12-14 Nolvadex (40mg. per day)
    Week 14-16 Nolvadex (20mg. per day)

    Average I'd say. Didn't notice anything in my last cycle. My nipples stuck out just a touch maybe, that's all.

    Dbol is hard on the liver so I thought to use it a kickstarter but taper it down as Test E kicks in.

    Another thing is I'm thinking increase Deca to 400 because they come in 200mg ampules so I'll either waste 100 each week or try to save them in a bottle in the fridge but still not safe and hygenic imo.

    At your height and weight you don't need to gear yet. You need to eat. You haven't max out your weight for your height. Check out the diet forum and you will find some good diets and reads. Save the gear for a couple of more months and try eating like a wild banshee. It may be hard to swallow now that you have the gear but try. You will be most pleased.

    This in itself is another topic for discussion but I'll give some background info. I'm 31yo. I wasted my younger years not eating properly and doing cardio instensive things like soccer, kbox etc. I was a skinny stick cruising around 64-65kg. Many friends have adviced me the same thing as you in the past which I listened until one day a close friend told me to do otherwise. I was frusturated so I took his advice and did a very mild cycle. I went up to 72 then dropped down to 69-70. That's not the good part, the good part is it changed my whole mentality and work-out discipline in the gym. The mentality and focus during a cycle is just another zone. It has been a year or more since then and I kept all my gains. Yes I haven't put anything on top either but I work a lot and have a family to look after. My goal is to go up to 75 permanent kgs and be done with it.

    Post a days diet and let us critique it.

    The closer you can get to that 75kgs while off cycle to best chance you will have keeping it after you stop your cycle.

    During cycle or some months I take amino tablets before breakfast and more use of weight gainer or protein shake. Also sometimes I use other supplements like creatine, no-xplode etc. But this is what I try to do generally excl. most supplements:

    Breakfast:
    2-3 slices of bread with jam or toasted with cheese
    Fruit juice

    Between breakfast and lunch:
    250-500ml weight gainer
    Small amount of hazelnuts or chocolate bar etc.

    Lunch:
    Usually McDonalds, KFC, Burger King meal etc. Sometimes tuna pasta or tuna sandwich.

    Between lunch and dinner:
    250-500ml. weight gainer or protein shake (pre workout)

    Workout

    Dinner:
    Red meat or chicken with rice or pasta

    Little later:
    Sweets etc.

    I know there's supposed to be 5 meals not 3 but I have a busy job and it's in an industrial area where I don't have many options. So I try to do with 3 meals and shakes in between.

    Yeah I understand and I appreciate it. I'm pretty confident with or without a cycle once I gain I will keep it but with a cycle it'll be quicker and better (shift in mentality as well as increased workout intensity and strength). Like I said I put on about 8kg in my last cycle and kept 6kg of it and that was on a 375mg Test E only cycle.

    Definately need to make some changes to your diet and you can get over the 75kg you want. Check out the diet forum and you will be amazed at some of the things you will learn.

    You are not getting enough protein in your diet and without that the gear will do you "no' good. As you can tell by my screen name I had to learn lots and I thought I knew lots. The knowledgable people on here will lead you in the correct direction and get you to your goal. My schedule is crazy but planning and learning has helped my career immensely. You can find the diet that will best suit your needs and schedule, trust me.

    Ok, thank you for the advice, I will try to follow a better diet within my busy daily schedule, prepare sandwiches to take to work etc.

    Still for future reference, could you please tell me what's wrong in that cycle? I know use of Nolvadex throughout is a topic of debate. Some say to leave it for PCT, some say use it throughout, some say combined with deca it intensifies gyno so I'm a little confused. Also I probably should start HCG towards the end of the cycle like I did in my last cycle and not use it during PCT.

    On the cycle itself, personally I wouldn't run the nolva at the same time with the deca. Save it for the pct. Have letro on hand for gyno. Never had to run HCG, so I will say to research it some. Use the search button.

    If I had the gear you have I would might use it like this:

    test e 250mg x 2/wk e3.5days for 14 weeks, deca 200mg x 2/wk e3.5days for 12 weeks, dbol 40mg/d first 4wks. Start your pct 14 days of last injection of test. Use pheedno's pct or anthony roberts pct. Remember that your diet is going to be the key to this cycle.
