Stay away from gear for now. You need to eat, eat, and eat more. Using gear at this point will not get the results you want. Not trying to sway you but you wanted to be pointed in the right direction and a honest answer.
i have to do gear as im a fighter and have done it in the past before
additionally we like to advise those that take at least enough of an interest to do a little research and propose a cycle and pct for critique.
i will do gear and am asking for some advice, thats all
