    Question straps and belt?

    whats the best straps and belt to have and does anyone know where to get the best ones, my local walmart has them and stuff but are they the cheap ones or is there a difference?

    ive used walmart's stuff for a few years now. weight belt works fine, nylon straps just now wore out on me, i have a nicer pair of straps with padding, but i really prefer the plain cheap ones. simple and cheap to replace.

    belt any one that you like... you dont need one imo.

    straps - dicks sells a strap with a little do hicky at the end that sorta of locks the wight in you hand - i can do shrugs with two fingers (each hand - for the wise asses i have 10 fingers) and put on a lot of weight (405 or 495) for me.

    i use them all the time but i have weak hands - i too was a wrestler and broke many fingers and hand bones along the way. you will love these

    yeah thanks i found some good ones now, i know they are everywhere but just wanted the best and most comftorable ya know
