    winny & proviron

    i am thinking of doing winny and proviron to put on lean hard gains with no water retention. will this do the trick?

    or is there any other recommendations?

    Yes they will work however, it is advised to run some type of testosterone throughout. Other than the test, you should not have a problem with water retention. You may want to post this one in the steroids questions and answers forum as it pertains more to drug selection than actually working out. You probably will get more response there.
