I have alwasys herd this was a no no pre workout. But the x stoped by yesterday, and bang, right afterwords I was hittin the weights, I felt great, lots of energy, best workout I had in weeks. Is there any connection to sexual activity before a workout?

No sex before sports/lifting is a myth that has been perpetuated for a long time. There was actually a study that looked into the impacts and found that sex actually had a positive impact, not a negative as was long believed. It found increases in testosterone and performance. So have at er.

I dunno... I always had a superstition about sex before sports back when I was in high school. I guess I'm kinda the same now. If I do have sex when I'm about to workout, I'll try and wait an hour or two to recoup before hitting the gym. I guess it's all in my head though.

i depends on your workout, i remember reading some time ago that in sports like boxing and fighting, having sex before a fight was a bad idea as it lowered aggression, i personally don't get psyched up before lifts or get overly aggression so having sex beforehand wouldn't be a problem for me, but if you like to get hyped up then it could be a problem IMHO

sex makes the brain release seratonin, which will give you that "great" feeling, the extra energy and all the rest.

Well, I should say I was just figuring her out in my head, not by actions. I don't sweat it.
Simply said, she called, i said I want to hang out again, she said ok, what would I like to do, I said I will call you tomorrow so we can talk about it, i called back, she didn't answer (classic), I left a message to call me back, so i just chill doing my own thing. It has been 5 days or so... she knows i wanna go out with her, but she starts talking to me 1st. So, I am just thinking, when I call someone that is not my friend and knows that i wanna go out, then i just say i want it and i do it. Why they F would I call and then not call again? Stupid....
