colories intake right now around 3000 to 3200
i will increase that to 3800 can't take more than that its just me period. however, i am ganna try to increase the colories intake on pct.
why running deca? cause of my joints i have a bad shoulder from military press so i figured it will help me cover up the injury and help me push little more weight when iam fired up.
why not run orals? every time i get my hand on orals the 2nd week i start having back pumps with losts of pain in my lower back. especialy, when doing squats or back the last thing i want to have is injury.
i am an amateur B.B i took it serious for the last couple yrs.
