    ok bad form aside, it was too smooth that much weight doesnt move like that IMO. The bar bends,You exert energy,weights dont sound like a bell. i just cant believe that is real so i wont

    i saw lew firigno (inc hulk, the green guy) doing 585 lbs, the bar was looked like it was just about to break and he got it for like 8. he had sweat dripping down his whole upper body and had three guys spotting him... and he had a lift off the rack...

    so .... fake- not even close
