    MY DIET!

    (Lean Protein = canned chick breast or steak or ground beef or chick or salmon....what ever meat i have.)
    (Mixing liq egg white in with shakes)
    (raw veggies) for snacks i was thinkin fruits)

    Meal 1:5am
    Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal

    P90X morning sess

    Meal 2:Breakfast 8am
    Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax)

    Meal 3:Lunch12pm
    Veggies, Lean Protein

    Workout (After class) (Free weights)

    Meal 4:after W/O
    Shake.

    Meal 5: Dinner shooting for 8ish / 9ish.
    Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.

    (P90X night sess)Stretch or yoga= sounds gay but f^ck it.
    Meal 6:

    Shake with Flax (right before bed)

    That turns into approximately 350 grams protein, 130 grams Carbs, and 50 grams of fat.

    Also i have team lifts on tues / thurs at 6am...so ill prob skip morning P90X w/o.

    I'm basically going off of the p90X nutritional packet. So whatever it says i can eat in that..then thats what im gonna be eating...but planned meals / portions.

    1st cycle questions..sust/winni/anavar
    Hey guys im 23 going into my senior year college..I play college football and about to begin my first cycle. I've been lifting since freshman year of HS.
    5'9-210lbs - 12%BF
    bench-310
    squat-505
    My diet is mainly made up of ground beef / canned chick breast / protein shakes / fruits / veggie platters. I know v8 fusion has a lot of surgar but i love that sh^t. Milk as well and a lot of water. Is there anything else i should be doing to prep before i begin this cycle. And if i drink like 2 times on a cycle will it cause serious problems?

    Week 1-10 (10 weeks) sust 500 mg
    Week 2-10 (8 weeks) winni 250
    Week 4-12 (8 weeks) var 30mg ed
    PCT: Nolvadex, Clomid, Proviron

    Also anything to say about the spacing between the different substances. The only reason there spaced like that is b/c my man who has done a lot of cycles told me to do it like that.

    Workout!

    It's a tight regiment but i dont give a f%ck....if i'm gonna drop $1000 on gear then im doing it all right the first time around...
    I plan on doing workouts something like this.
    Monday=chest / back
    Tues=Football team
    Wed=All legs
    Thurs=Football team
    Fri=All arms.
    Sat + Sun = not sure yet. Will be doing p90X on these days though
    30min of abs every other day.

    To many protein shakes, change them for food ie lean, beef, eggs fish ect, your carbs seem to be lacking pwo sweet potatoes are good...

    alright.... i got this from another board...

    meal 1: 1 cup oats
    meal 2: 1 cup brown rice
    post workout; 2 scoops waxy maize
    meal 4: 1.5 cups white rice
    meal 5: 1 cup brown rice
    meal 6: 1 cup brown rice
    meal 7: 1/2 cup oats
    meal 8: trace carbs (veggies and such)

    stick to basics like brown rice, oats, and whole wheat bread...nothing too fancy, save pasta for post workout IMO.

    There will def be a lot of steak/egg white/fish/ground beef
