PCT suggestions

Im coming off 14 weeks 500mg Test E first cycle. great results.

Last injection was tonight and I planned on doing this in 2 weeks for PCT.

Nolva 20/20/20/20 ED
proviron 50/50/50/50 ED

I can get nolva very easily and I have enough adex to take
adex .5mg ED for 4 weeks.(never used it during cycle cause no gyno signs showed)

Is it wise to substitute proviron with adex? I can get clomid if need be I just dont want to throw the extra loot if it isn't necessary. Thanks for any help guys.

i think you should run nolva and clomid
