Its been 2 years and its been a real challenge.I start with 2006 when I was taking working out a little more seriuosly ,but had no mind for diet.
Then next was our vacation time in the beginning of 08 and I wanted to get in shape. A bit leaner and a bit bigger, So I did a 12 week cycle of dbol and sust 250 . Leaned out and got some better shape.
Now the cycle I am just finishing as once again we head out for our vacation.This time I applied more time to learning and implementing the tricks of dieting. I am not as lean as I wanted to be because of a stall caused by my first and last attempt at ketosis for nearly 3 weeks at the end of the cycle. But its another step in the right direction...leaner and bigger.
I am still on during the 2 weeks of my trip and should lose a bit more BF as I eat well and keep busy on holidays. But here I am as of today.
Can you venture a few guess's at my current BF % for me. Thanks.
And to those thinking of doing something to improve their physique in their 40's...we have both a disadvantge,and an advatage, its is a bit tougher for us to lose fat and gain muscle,but with our age comes disciple....first read...then read some more,then ask a few questions here ,then study diet then set and write down a course and stick to it...but by 40 ish...you already know this...
