January first started this cycle:
1-16 test prop 100 mg ed
1-16 npp 100 mg ed
1-6 winny 100 mg ed
10-16 anadrol 100 mg ed
insulin 2 on 2 off for the bulking part
I would much prefer short esters over long ones and i dont mind shooting every day, thus the 16 weeks of ed injections. I compete in rugby and am trying to lean out for about 6 weeks before the season starts and then bulk until the end of the season. currently sitting at 5'11, 220 lbs, 12% bf. Diet is excellent. The first 3 days i went very low carb, followed by a moderate carb day and then a low carb day today. I plan on cycling my carbs throughout the cutting phase. Im open for suggestions for some new, effective carb cycling methods. At the moment, most of my protein comes from venison being as i have about 120 lbs of it from this past fall. I also eat a lot of egg whites, turkey, and some shakes for the rest of my protein intake. Carbs are coming from beans and oats currently. Fats are primarily coming from nuts, olive oil, fish oils, and flax oils, as well as a little bit of saturated fat from egg yokes and a very small amount from the venison. Im doing a 3 on, 1 off lifting split for now but that is subject to change slightly once school starts back up. I also do a very high amount of running/conditioning for rugby.
Jan 1st- first shot. went in the right quad smoothly, no pain til next day. lifted back and bis mixed with a bit of conditioning. less than 50 grams of carbs for the day
Jan 2nd- right quad a bit sore but not any worse than expected. took second shot in left pec. carbs less than 50 grams again today. lifted chest, delts, and tris with a lot of intense running/biking as well.
Jan 3rd- pec a bit sore from day before but not too bad. shot into right glute today no prob. lifted legs and traps with about 20 minutes on the elliptical at the end. Less than 50 grams carbs yet again. Im starting to have drams about eating shitty carbs. not even joking, i had a dream which consisted of me slamming a 44 oz coke cola and eating a bunch of crackers.
Jan 4- took shot in left quad with no prob. off day from the gym. consumed about 100-120 grams of carbs today and felt surprisingly bloated and full considering i typically consume about 400-500 grams when bulking with no problems.
Jan 5th- Today- took shot in left ass cheek. Lifted back width and biceps followed by 20 minutes on the treadmill. consumed about 80 grams of carbs today. I dont expect to see any significant results this early in the game, but i think i look a bit dryer than before
