i am looking to put on some quality muscle and retain.

5'9 185 age 30
diet is consistent and measured 320 protein, 150 carbs, 60 g fat.
5 days per week in gym
2 cycles prior of Test E (500mg) and Winnie which were moderate
Should I add Dbol here? Any other suggestions ?
CYCLE :
1-14 Test E 300mg x 2 per week
1-12 Tren HEX 200mg x 2 per week
