well right now i am 5'-6", 194, 32% bf (>..< believe me i know), been lifting for almost 3 years.
Diet is relativly clean, but i am an easy gainer!!
3 egg whites 1 egg and 1/2 cup of oats for breakfast
Protien shake for snack
Chiecken and brown rice for lunch
Protein drink for snack again
gym
post work out protein drink and bannanna
chicken, broccoli, and brown rice or sweet potatoe for dinner
usually protein drink before bed
every 2 hours
dont like sweets, forget dessert, like clean foods
