    New to the game....any ideas

    whats up guys, i'm new to the game and have never the "juice". i wanna jump on a good cycle. i work out 4 to 5 times a week. Been doing A LOT of reading of your current threads and of the site. A lot of good ideas out there but curious what would be the best for me. I'm 22y/o 180lbs and about 12% bf. I was thinking about running a 12 -16 weeks cycle of EQ-400mg and tren. ( not sure about mgs) a week and i have 10 mg winny tabs.planned on taking the winny after i was done witht he eq and tren. Any good suggestions how i should run it or if there is something better for me to do? Thanks everyone

    How tall are you? How long have you been training? That is a terrible first cycle you planned, it should be only one compound (test) to start with. What is your thought on PCT?

    Please answer the first 2 questions for more help.

    Stick with test bro...What's the rush to start using advanced compounds when a cycle of 500mg/EW of test will probably produce better results?

    Often times, the best answers to our questions are the simplest.

    So....um wheres the test in all of this?...IDK bro....you may want to read up on aas more....then propose a cycle and we'll check it out....but for a first timer ...you don't wanna complicate things.......

    i'm 6'0'' and been training for over 9 years. heavily for the last 5. so what are you recommending then? the more help the better. thanks for the advice so far!

    i have 20cc of sus 250. was gonna trade for the EQ. stick with the sus and only that or run something else with it?

    Sigh...If you can't get anything else, keep the sust.

    Read up about how you'd want to dose it and for how long. Come back with a plan and we'll tell you whether you need to think twice or to start it up.

    Have you read anything about PCT yet?

    yeah i was thinking clomid. read that 300mg first day then 100 then next couple weeks then jump down to 50mg for the last few weeks.

    if you sigh with the sus what would you recommend. my guy has deca, eq, sus, tren, test, anabol, and dbol. kinda limited with what we can get around town. i have the winny tabs already. what about sus , tren , and then finish with winny? then clomid pct?

    remember i'm a rookie thats what i come to you guys. you seem like you all know what your talking about! and i'll keep reading. THANKS

    made a mistake on the pct 300 mg for the first day. then jump to 100mg a day for 2 weeks then 50mg a day for a week. that looks a little bit better!

    ok so i did a little more reading. IF i run just test what kind? and i dont want to run dbol with it so whats a better subsitute?

    yeah becuase i changed my mind after doing some more reading and what not. i'm trying to find the best cycle for the money and what i want. i'd like to gain about 15 to 20 lbs of mass. i already have the sus but was gonna trade it for eq becuase i heard it was better. thats why i'm on here to find out if this is true or not. apparently some people differ on that. so if i just keep the sus and store it for another cycle at another time, what do i get now. Test. cyn. or prop. and then what else should i run with it. i was actually looking at the novice cycle they have on the site and thinking about one of them. would you agree with the site?

    You say you have read alot about steroids on this board yet for your first cycle you say your going to do EQ with Tren (one of the harshest and anabolic steroids that you can inject) and winny?

    You know what thats like? That's like getting Hayabusha 1300cc superbike for your first motorcycle with no experience.

    Look your going to grow like weed for your first cycle so stick to the basic and see how your body reacts, a test only cycle is recommended because test is the building block of future cycles.

    You should run Test E which is a long ester so you limit injections to twice a week for 12 weeks.

    Dosage should be 500mg/week (250mg twice every 3-3.5 days)

    You don't need to run dbol, people run dbol to jumpstart their cycle because it takes 3-4 weeks for test e to kick in.

    As for the clomid dosages alot of members of the board say you don't need to run it at that high of dosages and that 50/50/50/50 is enough in conjunction with nolva at 20/20/20/20.

    If you have a great diet and workout right you will gain 15+ pounds off a test e cycle most likely (how much you keep depends on PCT and diet and training).

    So stop thinking of your first cycle as "which of the BEST steroids should I take all together" and look at it like "Im starting my first cycle, im going to grow either way so let me start with the basics and know my body before I jump into stuff Im not ready for".

    Having the right mentality is what helps you gain safely on steroids.

    lol yeah i posted that first one a couple days ago and have read about 100x more since then. i guess i'm just wish washy with what to do. then i have the people around me who have ran certain things telling me dif. I guess this is the way i learn. walk in as rookie looking dumb then walking out lookings like i might know something. thanks to you guys. i know i won't know everything but i'd like to know a lot more then what i know thats for sure

    Stick with Test-E you will love it, trust me and you will save money and gain the amount of weight you want if have a good diet and train properly.

    What does your current diet look like?

    Im not being harsh at all just curious, 9 years lifting...past 5 years serious and your 180lbs at 6'0" about 12%bf? I think you should increase cals in your diet and take another look at the foods your ingesting.

    Also a single long ester test is best to start with, it keeps things easy and gets you used to sticking yourself. I think you should take another look at your diet and while doing that keep reading on AAS before you start. You wont grow unless you take a look at the building blocks for our body...food.

    i guess let me re phrase my lifting experience....i lift 4 to 5 times a week but don't eat the greatest. i have a 6 pack and i'm cut just not as bulky and big as i'd like to be. i seemed to have hit that phase where i can't gain any mass. reason for this is i'm sure that i don't eat the greatest. i put about 200g or protein which needs to be higher. i've heard 1.5 to 2g per 1lbs or weight. carbs is 1g per lbs and calories i hear dif. on that note i eat a lot of chicken, pasta, and 1 protein shake a day. of course other things like cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, etc. what kind of meal plan do i need to be on the get the best results? any good sites you can email me or refer to about diets?
